Casual Recreation Assistant
Hourly rate:£ Minimum wage plus holiday pay
Zero hours contract
We are looking to increase our bank of Recreation Assistants to work within our Sports Centre on a casual basis. Successful candidates will provide advice and support to customers as required, setting up sporting activities which take place on site. Reception and administrative support is also required, as well as to assist generally in the day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre.
Successful candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and flexible approach to working effectively with all members of the school community. They should also be able to work flexible shift patterns ie mornings, evening and weekends - Rotas will be agreed according to operational requirements.
This is a customer facing role; therefore fluency in English is required.
The Sports Centres opening hours are: 4.30pm-10pm on weekdays and 8am -6pm on weekends.
The James Hornsby School will be joining the Zenith Multi-AcademyTrust on 1 December 2017 and therefore your employer will be the ZenithMulti-Academy Trust.
