Early Years Practitioner Level 3

Job Description

We are a small village pre-school looking for another member to join our team.

Acorns Preschool is open term time only, offering morning 9-12, afterenoon 12-3 and all day sessions 9-3.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner which duties include:

Ensuring the children are correctly supervised, that ratios are met andthat the nursery environment is safe and appropriate for their needs.

Offering a range of stimulating activities for the children and making sure that these are well planned and safe and engaging.

Provide learning opportunities for individual or groups of children to make excellent progress and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Liase with parents/carers, families and professionals involved with the children and working in partnership with them.

Meeting each of the chilldren's individual needs, acting as their keyworker and ensuring that all records are kept accurately and communication with parents/carers is done regularly and effectively.
