Learning Support Assistants: EYFS

Job Description

Band 2 Point 11-16 pro rata, depending on experience

Required: January or sooner if available!

27.5 hours per week

We are looking to appoint a full time learning support assistant to join our caring and highly competent team of Learning Support staff.

You will be supporting individuals or groups of pupils within the classroom or in intervention programmes.

The successful candidates will:

Have a good educational background with a minimum of GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics
Have some experience of working with children
Work in partnership with the class teacher, taking direction while also using your initiative
Be firm, kind, patient, consistent, flexible and approachable
Be fun - ready to join in with everything the children are learning
