EVENING & WEEKEND LETTINGS SUPERVISOR

Required as soon as possible

Band 2 Point 11 - 14

(£8.19 to £8.70 per hour depending upon experience)

Variable hours

We require an Evening and Weekend Lettings Supervisor to work as part of the academy's premises team and contribute to the smooth running of the academy by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site, primarily the artificial turf pitch and related equipment.

Specific duties include acting as a keyholder and carrying out security procedures for the buildings and grounds, ensuring the artificial pitch is open and available to hirers and supervising changeovers between hirers, as well as ensuring the site/building is prepared and returned for use by staff and students after the lettings are completed each day/evening.

This post is suited to either one person, or two people working on a rota basis.

The hours are variable as well as seasonal. The artificial pitch is let from 5pm to 10pm during weekdays as well as some weekends, but is not always in full use and so the successful candidate/s would need to be flexible.

Plume Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all Trustees, staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are therefore subject to satisfactory DBS and Immigration Checks, together with the receipt of references and only applications submitted on the Academy's application form will be considered.
