LEARNING SUPPORT DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR

REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Term time + inset days

Band 2M

We are seeking to appoint a well organised, positive and enthusiastic person to join our school as Administrator in our busy Learning Support Department.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

· To deal with enquiries from students, staff and parents

· To provide proactive administrative and secretarial support to the SENCO & Deputy SENCO

· To take the lead in the timely co-ordination of all Annual reviews, gathering information from staff, inviting parents and professionals and in collaboration with the SENCO, preparing all paperwork and circulating it in advance of the meeting and afterwards ensuring it is received by SENCAN in advance of all statutory deadlines.
