Applications are invited for a Product Design Technician to join a very supportive and well-organised department to start asap.

The post is offered for 37 hours per week for 42 weeks per year (term time plus 5 non pupil days plus15 extra days) and requires an organised and well-motivated technician who would work well within a team, and with pupils.

The job will include working in and around the Technology Department with machines and various equipment, using a range of CAD packages and operating a laser cutter. You should be able towork withmaterials such as wood, metal and plasticaswell as giveclassroom and administrative support. Training will be provided but a background in CAD/CAM is essential.
