Great Bentley is an outstanding village school that are looking to appoint a person passionate about coaching sports. The position is for 20 hours. Working from 12- 4pm This will include sports clubs at lunch times, PE lesson leadership and after school clubs each day.
Essential items:
NGB Level 2 Coaching Certificate
No convictions and preferably a current DBS
Competent in literacy & numeracy to a Level 2 standard
Experience of working with children in a sport coaching capacity
ExBasic IT, data input skills and access to a computer/laptop
Child Protection Certificate
Items that would enhance your application:
Physical Education & School Sport Qualification Level 2 or 3Multi-sport award Level 2
First Aid Certificate.
Interest in gymnastics and or dance
Person specification:
Self-motivated, confident, positive and keen individual
Able to engage in communications with teachers, parents and other parties
Reliable, punctual, organised, flexible and can do attitude!
Able to use own initiative and team player
