SEN LSA Band 2 point 11 (range 11-14)

We are looking to recruit two SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly village school. The roles involve providing one to one support for pupils who have Autism.

The successful applicant will:

· Hold GCSE in English and Maths Grade A-C (or equivalent).

· Have experience supporting children on the autistic spectrum.

· Be resilient and have a positive "can do" attitude (initiative, flexibility, proactive approach) and can encourage children to achieve to the best of their ability.

· Have a calm and caring manner along with a good sense of humour.

· Be able to work as part of a team under the direction of the Class Teacher/SENCo.

Post 1 is for 15 hours over 3 days Monday to Wednesday (Salary Range: £5,297 to 5,623)

Post 2 is for 25 hours over 5 days - Job Share considered for this role (Salary Range: £8,828 to 9,372)
