Catering Manager
27.5 hours per week term time only (8.15am- 1.45pm daily)
Actual salary £11400 to £14534

We are looking for a Catering Manager to be responsible for cooking healthy, nutritious and appealing meals for our children and staff. We currently serve and average of 185 meals per day. The team consists of a catering manager, assistant cook and two kitchen assistants.
The main focus of the role will be the planning, preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the school food standards. The successful applicant will be responsible for stock taking, ordering, menu planning, leading a team of staff and keeping the kitchen area clean to a very high standard. A relevant qualification to NVQ Level 3 is essential for the role. We are looking for a person who:
