We currently have a vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant from September 2017.

Monday to Friday (8.45 - 3.15 to 4.30 on Wednesday for staff meetings) 28:35 hours per week 38 weeks per year - part-time.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring individual to provide support for our pupils. You will be class based working closely with the class teacher. Duties will include delivering specific programme of support and guiding small groups.

We are interested in candidates who:

Enjoy working with children ~ Is flexible and can adapt to change according to the needs of the school ~ Can act on their own initiative ~ Are committed to meeting the needs of the individual pupil ~ Are comfortable in dealing with all aspects of a child's physical needs ~ Are energetic and flexible in their approach ~ Have an understanding of children with complex needs ~ Have excellent communication skills.
