The Trustees of the Brickfields Trust are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring Head of School for January 2018 to join our leadership team to help drive continued improvement at Barling Magna Primary Academy.

The Brickfields Trust is a newly formed Multi-Academy Trust currently with two member Academies and growing. We have come together under one governing board with a leadership team of an Executive Headteacher, Head of School and a shared administrative team. As our Trust continues to grow we can offer innovative pathways for ambitious individuals who are determined to make a difference. The Head of School at Barling Magna will make a major contribution as a senior leader working collaboratively across our Primary led MAT.
This is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic and talented leader, with a proven track record of raising achievement and improving teaching and learning in their school, to work with a great community of children, staff and parents at Barling Magna Primary Academy.

have current senior leadership experience

have a proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate others
be able to develop effective partnerships with staff, governors, parents and the wider community in order to drive forward change and shape the future direction of Barling Magna Primary Academy
This vacancy is a full time position with no teaching commitment. There is however, an expectation that the successful candidate can lead by example and has the skills to model high quality teaching and learning.
