Kingsdown is a special school for pupils aged 3-14 years who have severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive, reliable and hard working class teacher who has an excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum. A good understanding of special needs is desirable. High energy levels are essential.
The successful candidate must have very good interpersonal skills as the role involves managing, leading and motivating a class team which includes three Special Support Assistants and a Midday Assistant.
