Pay Scale: Subject to qualifications and experience, + 1SEN (+ TLR 2A for suitably experienced candidates)
Required for September 2017
We are looking for an experienced teacher or NQT to join our team. Experience or willingness to take the lead in Maths or English would be an advantage but not essential.
Treetops School is a special academy catering for pupils with a wide range of needs including moderate learning difficulties, speech and communication difficulties, autism and general developmental delay. We have been judged outstanding by Ofsted in our last three inspections, the most recent being November 2014.
The school is also the lead for the Thurrock Teaching School Alliance (TTSA).
We are looking for practitioners who:
Have a commitment and passion to work with pupils with a wide and diverse range of SEN
Excellent interpersonal skills
Is versatile and able to deliver a high standard of learning to pupils of all abilities.
Wants to be a member of a creative and dynamic staff team with high expectations for our pupils
