Are you an outstanding Key Stage 2 teacher and leader with a passion for English?

Beckers Green Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and ambitious leader and teacher to join our welcoming and friendly team. The role involves:

· teaching a Lower Key Stage 2 class

· leading Key Stage 2

· being responsible for English across the school

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· highly effective classroom practice, with the ability to engage and motivate our pupils

· the ability to manage a team and liaise effectively with other teachers to ensure consistency of approach in teaching, learning and assessment

· positivity, self-motivation and professionalism

· strong English subject knowledge

· the ability to use mentoring and coaching to develop skills of others
