Learning Support Assistants

Job Description

The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust is looking to recruit three enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants.

Each post will based at Maltese Road Primary School.

Two of the posts will be for 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time only and will be based in either Key Stage 1 or 2 classes. The hours will be 08:45 to 12:00 each day. These posts will commence 1st September, 2017.

The third post will be for 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only and will be based in the Year 1 class. The hours will be 08:45 to 15:05 each day (excluding break and lunch times). Please note that this post will commence 1st October, 2017.

The successful candidates will; work in partnership with the class teacher, support learning and teaching in line with Trust procedures and policies and have a positive attitude to learning.

Experience of working with children in an educational setting is desirable.

Maltese Road Primary School opened on the 1st September 2015 and is part of the Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust.
