We have a superb opportunity for an exceptionally creative Subject Team Leader of Drama to head up our thriving Drama Department, which is expanding due to a large increase in the number of students on role from September 2017.
As Subject Team Leader of Drama you will be expected to lead the teaching and development of the Drama curriculum and to provide opportunities for performance at our regular events.
You will have the proven ability to lead and inspire colleagues and students in the Drama department, and help to develop a 'Centre of Excellence'. You will have a successful record working with KS3, GCSE and A-Level and a passion for making Drama relevant, rewarding and accessible for all.
The Ockendon Academy was rated as Good with Outstanding features in 2014 by Ofsted, with behaviour rated as outstanding.
