Opportunity for a Teacher of Science (Maternity Leave Cover)

Are you passionate for teaching Science? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, determined and creative teacher of Science. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Curriculum Team Leader (CTL) for Science within a successful and collaborative team.

Our Science department are dedicated in ensuring all lessons are engaging so that our students are able to thrive. We are committed to all students making progress through use of the thinking four, sharing of ideas, good practice and innovative resources.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A passion for teaching Science;
  • Experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 Science;
  • An outstanding practitioner of Science with a proven track record of examination outcomes at KS4;
  • The ability to create and facilitate highly challenging and engaging lessons;
  • The highest aspirations and expectations for all students, yourself and our school.
