We are seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic Office Manager for our friendly, busy school.
As an initial point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, you will need to have excellent communication skills, use discretion and initiative and be able to prioritise tasks. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office team, the management and monitoring of the school's budget and financial systems (FMS), the personnel system (SIMS, e-payroll), premises, Health and Safety and act as PA to the Headteacher. You will need good interpersonal skills, including a sense of humour, be flexible, well organised and have a good level of English, Maths and ICT skills.
