School Office Manager and PA to Headteacher
Term Time plus 1 week,
(working 40weeks, 37hours per week)
Band 4
Pay Range £23,166 - £29,854 pro rota
Actual starting salary £20,171 pa

We are seeking to appoint an efficient person with excellent communication skills to run our busy school office. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working with SIMS/FMS software in an educational environment.
Duties will include:
Financial administration using FMS 6 with the ability to manage and monitor the school budget
Personnel administration
Maintaining and updating the pupil records database.
Property management
Management of administration staff.
Liaising with the governors and clerking governors committee meetings.
The successful applicant will also need to have a good knowledge of MS Office software, excellent time management, the ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, able to manage own workload, have a good sense of humour, and be very flexible in their approach to the job.
