Lead Practitioners KS1 and KS2
Required for: September 2016 (or earlier) Salary Range: Lead practioner scale
The HEARTS Academy Trust seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, creativity, stamina and promise for these rewarding roles.
We are seeking to appoint lead practitioners in English and Maths to promote and enhance the quality of teaching and learning across all key stages, including the use of intervention. These are newly created posts to promote and ensure that all students are given the opportunity to achieve their full potential by raising aspirations and achievement within English or mathematics with particular reference to targeted cohorts.
HEARTS Academy Trust is a small, growing Academy Trust committed to achieving great outcomes for all of its students but in particular the most vulnerable. It has established high quality professional development and career opportunities for all staff. We are a Teaching School with a large alliance of schools in our partnership and a School Direct lead school.
These are unique roles and a real opportunity to join an energetic, bright and determined team at the early stages of development working across the family of schools to raise achievement. The successful candidates will work across two of our academies based in Rochford or Basildon.
The people we are seeking to appoint will be dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated in developing the life chances of our young people through inspirational and successful mathematics and English teaching.

The Wickford Church of England School is a small, friendly school, close to good transport links. Our school is a place where children can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. The school provides education for children from the ages of 2-7 in the local area. As a team, we aim to create a respectful, caring and secure place for children to explore, learn and be happy together.
