We are looking for a motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team. Candidates must be enthusiastic, creative, organized and flexible, have good communication skills and be able to provide feedback effectively. Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to assess the needs of pupil and adjust/ questions according to pupil's responses/needs. You will be required to assist with differentiated teaching and learning, supporting pupils to achieve the very best from their learning. Experience working with pupils who have learning difficulties would be an advantage.
To support a child with special needs and carry out intervention strategies throughout the school (whilst SEND funding applies). Candidates must provide evidence that they are (or working towards for 2015) at least GCSE A-C in English and Maths.
