Teacher of Humanities

Pay Range: Teachers Main/Upper Pay Scale

Actual Salary from: £30,000 - £46,525 (M1-U3)

Start Date: September 2024

The Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and excellent teacher to join our successful Humanities Department.

  • If you currently teach any of the following subjects; Citizenship, RE, Geography or RSHE, we would warmly welcome your application.
  • This role is suitable for somebody who would be starting their ECT in September or who is already an experienced teacher.

Judged "good" by Ofsted in September 2023, we are passionate about our vision: "A community where everyone feels they belong and are the best they can be."

The successful candidate will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding of inclusive education with the highest expectations.

Please note should you be successful during the shortlisting process interviews will be held face to face at the school.

  • Teaching your subject with an enthusiasm
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Assessing and providing feedback
  • Providing care, guidance and support to our young people.
  • Working as a member of a team
