Our governors are seeking a bright, positive and motivated classroom teacher who is passionate about learning and enabling our children to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Holy Cross Catholic Primary Academy. Ofsted recently said in their report, 'A typical pupils' view is that, 'this is a loving and caring community'.' We welcome applications from teachers who can show their potential and enthusiasm to unlock learning for every child. Our children deserve excellence and excellent teaching is important to us. We are looking for a teacher who can drive improvement and progress because of their strong classroom practice. We pride ourselves on having high aspirations for all members of our school community. We aim to inspire our learners and we hope that this role will enable our new teacher to help us reach our aims.

Holy Cross Catholic Primary Academy is a friendly and well-respected school within our community. We recognise the important role we have in teaching our children to love and serve each other as responsible members of our Catholic Christian community. We know the importance of enabling children to learn whilst enabling the development of the whole child. All our applicants need to be supportive of the school's Catholic ethos, however, we invite applications from both Catholic and non-Catholic staff. We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and ECTs. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged by appointment with Mrs Karen Slater (PA to the Headteacher)
