We are a small school with 106 pupils in the village of Tiptree which was rated 'Good' by Ofsted in October 2021. We have 4 classrooms with mixed year groups and are currently searching for the right candidate to join our team. We are looking to appoint someone enthusiastic and dynamic to cover our Key Stage 2 Class Teacher's maternity leave to teach a class of 26 Year 3 and Year 4 children.

Information about the School
Baynards is a smaller than average sized primary school with a big heart! It is located on the edge of Tiptree village within easy reach of Colchester. We currently have a roll of just over 100 pupils who learn in 4 spacious, bright and well-resourced classrooms. The children are delightful and are very enthusiastic about their learning. Baynards Primary School is an active member of a consortium of over 20 primary schools in the local area and has regular contact with peers and colleagues in the group. We have a recently expanded Governing Body who are dedicated and strive for excellence for all pupils.
Teachers set high expectations for all pupils and those with special educational needs are supported at all times, both academically and socially. The Teachers are supported by the pupils who are proud of who they are and are keen to progress.
