We are looking to appoint an experienced and committed individual to join our successful and supportive school team as a Learning Support Assistant within Upper KS1 and Lower KS2.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to inspire our children with an energetic and passionate approach to learning
- Encourage our children as independent learners and support them to work effectively with others
- Be able to work as part of our school team, whilst also being resourceful when required to work on their own
- Set high expectations and establish productive working relationships with pupils and staff
- Promote a high standard of pupil behaviour
- Have an established good level of English and Maths
- Be experienced and confident in working with children and be keen to support them academically and pastorally.
