SENCO 0.6 Post
We are seeking a SENCO at Brinkley Grove to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team for three days a week.
If you are a SENCO who has a track record of leading improvements in SEN provision, in developing support staff and making a difference to children with SEND then we need you!
Experience of leadership essential and an experienced candidate preferred but not essential.
You will need to:
· lead the co-ordination for children with SEND
· work alongside leaders, teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for SEND pupils
· be organised and efficient
· understand the impact of trauma and attachment difficulties
