Post: Leader of EYFS and KS1
Salary: Mainscale + TLR 2
Location: Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: 1 September 2024
The Epsilon Star Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader of the EYFS and KS1, who has experience in working in an EYFS setting. This role will be based at Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery.
You should have an excellent track record of improving children's speech and language, phonic awareness, numerical skills, curiosity, artistic ability, physical ability and emotional awareness. You will need to have the ability to plan and prepare resources that will engage and motivate pupils in all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
As well as this, we desire an experienced teacher, who is caring, flexible, a team- player, creative, dynamic, energetic and eager to develop the EYFS setting. You should also have a sound understanding and be able to convey your experience of current safeguarding legislation, policy and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, which will allow you to be involved in the strategic development of our academy, which has a warm, family centered, nurturing culture. We embody the Hygge approach in all that we do and promote positive relationships between home and school.
You will also play an active role in the admissions process, including open days, transition days, nursery stay and play sessions, toddler groups and events showcasing the academy's successful nursery setting.

Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery is located in Canvey Island, Essex and is part of The Epsilon Star Trust; founded in September 2016. It is also joined by Kents Hill Junior School, located in Benfleet, Essex.
