Part - time SEN Learning Support Assistant

LGS Band 2 Points 11-14 Required: 3rd September 2012 10 hours per week Monday to Friday, term time only.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our committed and hardworking classroom team. The position involves working one to one with children in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with children with special needs. The candidate will also have good literacy and numeracy skills, preferably with GCSE Literacy and Numeracy grades A-C; good organisational and interpersonal skills, a good sense of humour and enjoy working with children. Intimate care may be required at times.
