Job Description

11.25 or 14.75 hours per week: 1.00pm to 3.15pm Monday to Friday with the possibility of 8.45am to 12.15pm Fridays. Term time only

Temporary contract for the Autumn term only.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable person to join our small, friendly school. You will be able to work independently, use your initiative to aid learning and have high, consistent expectations of behaviour. Your literacy and numeracy skills must be of a high standard and you will be able to work in conjunction with the class teacher to support the whole class, small groups or individuals as necessary. The successful candidate will have a qualification equivalent to NVQ level 2 and experience of working with children would be preferable.
