Outstanding Teacher Wanted
MPS + TLR (to be negotiated) Leading Learning Lower KS2
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated KS2 class teacher to join our small, friendly school to cover a Year 3 Maternity leave from the Spring Term 2015. This appointment will carry a TLR for leading learning across Years 3 & 4 and is initially for two terms until the end of the academic year; however it could be extended further if required and this will be discussed with you at interview if you are successfully shortlisted.
We are looking for a KS2 teacher with the following skills and qualities:
high expectations and a commitment to inspire children to achieve their very best
someone with a proven track record as an effective practitioner
experience of middle leadership
has a proven record of raising attainment
successful record of working with SEN children and experience of Inclusion
The successful candidate will:
be accountable for the strategic management of their area and for ensuing the highest standards of pupil achievement
be passionate about children's learning
have teaching commitments, in order to demonstrate outstanding teaching, as well as management time
