Mistley Norman Church of England Primary School wishes to appoint an inspirational and outstanding Headteacher to lead and develop our small village school. With both vision and proven leadership skills, you will be required to work in close partnership with pupils, dedicated staff, governors, supportive parents and the local church community, working closely with our local schools.

We are seeking a Headteacher who will:

·Provide inspiring and strong leadership so that the school delivers the highest standards of learning for every child

·Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to further strengthen the team

· The ability to motivate staff, pupils, parents and governors to achieve the high aims for the school · enhance the caring, creative and inclusive Christian ethos of the school

· be happy to have a classroom commitment for the equivalent of 2 days per week

Information about the School

We are a small village school and have a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese.
