TEACHER OF RE

Beauchamps High School is a high performing 11-18 comprehensive. In 2013 76.9% achieved 5A* - C, including English and Maths,

The school is currently looking to appoint an inspirational RE Teacher to develop and expand our Religious Education department.

Religious Education is a compulsory subject taken in years 7-9, with all year 9 students completing a GCSE in RE by the end of Year 9.

Ideal candidates will:

have evidence of raising attainment and developing excellence in RE across all key stages
demonstrate a commitment to setting high standards
have experience of GCSE RE
be determined to make a significant contribution and assist with the organisation of the extended extra-curricular program of the department

In this role, you will:

organise and develop an RE curriculum fit for the 21st century
support the Subject Leader in delivering all the curriculum RE across all key stages
build and develop a thriving RE department
