Inclusion Leader/SENCO (0.6 FTE)

MPS + TLR2b

We are looking for an inspirational, enthusiastic and effective, Inclusion Leader preferably with the National SENCO award to join our team following the retirement of the current postholder.

The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced in various Special Educational Needs.

Candidates should have: • thorough knowledge of SEN code of practice and experience of children with special needs • the ability to lead and manage staff including a team of skilled support assistants • knowledge of current approaches to integrating and supporting children • good communication skills, especially with families and other agencies
