HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT

Salary: Band 5

Permanent

Full time: hours 8.15 am to 3.45 pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks a year pro rata (plus INSET days as required)

Start Date: 28th April 2025 (or from 22nd April if available)

South Green Juniors is a dynamic and inclusive two form entry junior school. We wish to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work as part of our fantastic and supportive team. We are looking for somebody with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils. The HLTA role at South Green is splt between providing support in class and covering teachers for PPA and leadership time. Lesson plans are provided and our HLTA team receive 2.5 hours of preparation and marking time across the week.

This post is suitable for experienced or recently qualified candidates.
