At Ardleigh St Mary's, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and ambitious environment for our pupils and staff alike. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated SEND team. This role involves working closely with two children across EYFS and KS1 who require addtional support in the classroom.

You will play a key role in helping to deliver tailored learning support to your allocated pupils encouraging their academic development. In addition you will be a key figure in supporting their social and emotional development within a nurturing and inclusive environment. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working under the direction of the SENDCo providing 1:1 support.

We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, implement innovative strategies and demonstrate patience and empathy in their practice. Experience in supporting vulnerable pupils will be highly valued.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:15pm. This role is on a fixed-term basis from January 2025 - August 2032, linked to the pupils you will be supporting.

The actual salary starts at £18,524 per annum
