Site Manager
Salary Range: Scale 5 -£22,571 - £24,920 per annum
Full Time position: 37 hours per week (split shift, times may be negotiable). 52 weeks per year with 4 weeks paid holiday.
Start date: ASAP
Hadleigh Junior School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to become the school Site Manager. They will be responsible for ensuring clean and safe surroundings within our friendly and supportive school environment. The right candidate will be approachable, self-motivated, flexible and have the ability to act under their own initiative. We offer a rewarding work environment where you'll be a valued member of the school community.
Responsibilities will include: • Health & Safety and the maintenance of records. • Security including key holding. • Maintenance, improvement and development of the school building and site. • Arrangement and supervision of all maintenance contracts.
