We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team.

The post is affixed to provide particular and skilled support to an individual pupil with ADHD and additional social and emotional needs on a one to one basis. The successful applicant will have a 'solution-based' attitude, will emanate positivity, and will uphold our Christian values, including tolerance, understanding and forgiveness. Working hours will be 8.45am to 3.15pm during term time only.

We have a friendly and supportive staff and fantastic children. We can provide training for the position for the right person.

The successful applicant should preferably have:

Experience of working in schools
Good literacy and numeracy skills
A commitment to meeting the needs of all pupils

An ability to work on their own initiative

Some supervision of children during break times will also be required.

The Governing Body is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and medical checks.
