Part-time Exams and Data Administrator

Salary: £16,220-£17,214 actual annual salary

4 days per week (30 hours per week), 5 days per week in May and June (37 hours per week) 42 weeks per year (term time plus last 3 weeks in August)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of the country's leading selective schools, (recently awarded The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade), to work within its busy office team.

The role will be assisting the Exams Officer with all aspects of the exams process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data records on the school's Management Information System.

Successful candidates will ideally have previous experience within a secondary school exam environment. Candidates with general experience in a school or busy office environment will also be considered.

To be successful in the role, the preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach, attention to detail, and be confident to take ownership of a busy workload.

Boys 11-18, on roll approx. 1012 students of which 400 in the sixth form, 30 boarders
