Willow Brook is a primary school and is one of four primary schools within the Essex region at The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT). Willow Brook is one form entry with a nursery and extensive grounds and good facilities. There is a very supportive and committed team and governors who work tirelessly to ensure that all pupils achieve the best possible personal, social and academic outcomes.
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Headteacher, who will positively contribute and build on the school's existing strengths, to lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a school team that is committed to giving pupils a wide range of real-life and enriching experiences.

For this role, you will have demonstrable school leadership and management skills, relevant experience, a strong commitment to professional development and the personal qualities to build strong relationships with all stakeholders including parents, governors, colleagues and, most importantly, the children.
The Headteacher will be responsible for the leadership, organisation, management and control of the school whilst working in partnership with key providers. You will be expected to promote and safeguard the welfare of the pupils for whom the school and governing body are responsible and those with whom they come into contact. You will ensure a high-quality education for pupils with high standards of achievement. Headteachers are required to carry out the duties set out in Part 9 of the School Teacher's Pay and Conditions Document.
