Trinity St Mary's C of E Primary School is a fantastic one form entry primary school in the heart of South Woodham Ferrers. It is our vision to follow in the footsteps of Jesus: dreaming big; working hard; not giving up; never stopping learning and being kind.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our after school club and work closely with our after school club team from September 2022. It is anticipated that in the autumn term the club will transfer over to a private provider and any staff working in the club will TUPE over to the new provider. The successful candidate will work 2.45pm to 6.15pm Monday to Friday during term time.

Duties will include:

- Daily supervision of the after school club

- Liaising with parents

· Help with preparation, serving and clearing away of dinner

· Setting up activities and overseeing play

· Tidying up at the end of the session

· Ensure the care of pupils who are injured or unwell

· Encourage good behaviour

· Ensure the health and safety of children

· Giving comfort to distressed pupils.

· To uphold the School's Behaviour Policy, including treating pupils with respect and consideration

The successful applicant will need to undertake first aid and food hygiene training if these qualifications are not already held.
