Pre-School Deputy Manager
Hours: 20 per week
Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour, depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our friendly and popular pre-school
We are a kind and caring pre-school, where the needs of our families are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking to appoint someone who will help to lead our dedicated and hard working team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
- Ideally has at least 2 years experience
- Is passionate about child development and has a strong sense of vision
- Is enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding and current legislation
- Is able to build strong relationships with parents
- Is solution focussed and brings new ideas
- Has a passion for delivering the EYFS in a fun, warm and caring environment
- Has excellent communication and administrative skills
- Has the ability to lead and develop a team
- Has the drive to maintain excellence and strong professional relationships within the team
- Shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families

Information about the School
Fairview Under Fives is a small, term time pre-school based in Rayleigh Essex, providing care and education for children between the ages of 2-5 years. A safe and happy place where all children are known and valued and differing needs are acknowledged, accepted and met. We are a friendly and enthusiastic team and place high importance on supporting the emotional wellbeing of children, families and staff.
