We have an exciting opportunity for a Gap Year Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Faculty for the new academic year.

We require an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual to support identified students with special educational needs and/or disabilities to enable them to access the curriculum. You will be working with students across all three key stages and therefore education to A Level standard is essential. The knowledge and experience of working with young people is desirable along with good interpersonal and listening skills.

There may be the opportunity to be financially rewarded for taking on additional lunchtime duties.

We can offer you:
• A friendly and supportive working environment

• Employee Assistance Programme
• Cycle to Work and Tech Schemes
• Employee Benefits Platform
• Employer Pension Contribution 20%
