Cressing Primary School is part of Attain Academy Partnership whose family of schools work as a team to provide an outstanding education for all children in all schools, relevant to the world in which they live. The role is for two mornings per week - Monday and Friday - four and a half hours each day, 8.00 to 12.30. (9 hours a week.) The salary is scale 3 within the points range 4-5.
You will predominantly, though not exclusively, assist with day to day administrative tasks such as answering phones, and liaising with parents and pupils, as well as other duties which may include:
· Maintain pupil records on the SIMS system and school server
· Manage and coordinate school clubs
· Manage and coordinate swimming lessons
· Collect and issue receipts for other monies as required, including school meals, trips and photographs
· To collate pupil attendance and school meals data
· To assist the finance team with the online payment system
· Medical assistance for pupils - cold/hot packs, plasters, administer medication etc
