We would like to appoint an enthusiastic KS2 teacher for
September 2022 to join our friendly team at Brickfields Trust working at Barling Magna
Primary Academy.
The Brickfields Trust is a Primary led multi-academy trust currently with two member
academies that are both growing in number.
We are looking for:
Enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience

Outstanding classroom practice and an ability to self-reflect
Willingness to continually learn and develop your practice
Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders
Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils' needs
Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils
Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others
