Head of School
We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced teacher as Head of School to join our Church School from September 2022. This is a fantastic opportunity in a great location to serve a community of well-supported children.
We are looking for an outstanding senior leader to work alongside the headteacher, other senior leaders, the local school board, and within a family of church schools, the Vine Schools Trust.
Our new Head of School will be someone who:
· Is an outstanding teacher and can model good practice.
· Is passionate about learning and working with children.
· Is ambitious for themselves and others.
· Is a strong communicator with children, parents, and staff.
· Is a positive role model for all and leads by example.
· Has a clear understanding of the needs of the school beyond the classroom.
· Will be committed to supporting the Christian ethos of the school and the Vine Schools Trust of 23 schools, providing many opportunities for personal and professional development within a Church School context.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification, job description, and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
