Mon-Fri 8.45am - 12.00
We are seeking two experienced and outstanding LSA's to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil.
This will be a fixed term contract linked to the child. The successful candidates MUST be able to provide evidence of the following:
GCSE grade C or Level 2 equivalent in Maths and English
Experience working with outside agencies
Excellent communication skills
Experience developing social skills in young children
A positive approach to the role and to behaviour management
Experience of working with children with complex needs.
In addition the successful candidate:
Enjoys working with children
Can work in close partnership with the class teacher
Can work as part of a team & be flexible and well organised
