We currently have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join our Attendance team on a 1 year fixed term contract until 31t August 2023

You will maintain and improve student attendance throughout the Academy alongside our Attendance Officer.

Working weeks:39 weeks (Term Time + Inset + Twilight) and Parent/Open Evening as required
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (08:00-16:00 Mon-Thurs and 08:00 - 15:30 Fri)

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with students and teachers on all levels. Previous work experience in a school or academy is desired but not essential, however you must have:

·5 GCSE Grade C or above including English and Mathematics
· strong experience of office procedures and administration including MS Office
· high attention to detail
· excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise communication
· strong organisational skills / multi-tasking ability
