We are looking to appoint a reliable, organised and friendly person with excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills to provide support to our busy School Office. The post holder will work collaboratively within a friendly and experinced team.Hours of work would be:
Monday 10.30-3.30
Tuesday 8.30-10.30
Wednesday 10.30-3.30
Thursday 8.30-10.30
Friday 8.30-10.30
Occasional flexibility of hours and days will be required as a necessity to meet the needs of the school.
The successful candidate must have:
Experience of working in an office environment.
Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills including Excel and Word.
Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work systematically.
An approachable and confident manner with the ability to deal with enquiries from both adults and children.
A positive and professional approach with the ability to use initiative and prioritise tasks.
A flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks with the ability to work well both within a team and independently.
An ability to multitask and work calmly, efficiently and accuratelywhilst dealing with things as they arise.
A desire to learn about school administration and financial management.
A knowledge ofschool MISwould be an advantage but not essential. Duties will include reception duties, attendance management, pupil data collection, income collection, administering first aid and medicines, admin support and related tasks.

Hours would be 16 per week for 39 weeks a year
£7109.74- £7252.20 per annum (actual salary)
