Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT) and Shoeburyness High School are seeking to appoint a committed and innovative teacher of Business & Economics. This post would suit an experienced colleague or someone looking for their first post who would be well supported by an effective ECT programme.
The Business and Economics department is very popular with nearly four hundred students studying within the curriculum area across KS4 and the sixth form.
The Business and Economics department sits within the Maths, Business and Economics Faculty and so the successful candidate will benefit from the support and experience of a wide group of colleagues.
Shoeburyness High School is a large, vibrant and diverse secondary school that has an excellent reputation as a warm and supportive environment in which to work and learn. We are a very popular school with families in the local area and beyond and consequently we are heavily oversubscribed.
