School Office Lead
37 hours a week, 42 weeks a year 08.30-16.30 Monday to Thursday , Friday till 16.00 ( some flexiblity)
Actual salary- £ 20735-£22893
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic School Office Lead who will play a key role in the smooth running of the school office.
The ideal candidate for this key role will be personable, organised, resourceful and have a 'can do' attitude. They will possess the skills and desire to manage our friendly and knowledgeable office team, in delivering a range of administration, processes and functions in our fantastic primary school.
Previous experience working in a busy office environment and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. Well-developed people skills and the ability to oversee a small supportive team is key. The successful candidate will pride themselves on delivering a high quality service, working closely with SLT and the Trust's central services. Whilst previous school experience is desirable, more important is the ability to develop positive relationships with all stakeholders, and be able to understand and contribute to the shared vision.
- To provide confidential administrative support to the SLT
- Assist the HR Director with recruitment of staff and the ongoing personnel records
- Assist the Trust Finance Team with Financial Duties
It is essential that the person appointed has:
- Secretarial/administrative experience in a school
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office and Office 365
- The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work as part of the wider team and work on own initiative
- The ability to work under pressure, plan ahead and prioritise workload
- Excellent keyboard skills with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to maintain accurate and efficient record keeping
- Expereince in MIS Systems, Bromcom preferable
